Hello all! This week I came across this amazing recipe website called Food52 (I talk about it more in the video) and cooked Chicken Parmesan Soup (that wasn’t so soupy). Check out the video to see how it went:
Things I learnt for next time:
- Slow cookers are the best thing ever invented.
- Use less or a different type of pasta. Mine ended up tasting just a bit too rubbery.
- Always use fresh parmesan cheese. No more of that fake stuff!
- Chicken Parmesan = YUM.
